Saunas in Shoreditch

Shoreditch is gym-sauna country on the City fringe. SaunaMap lists 11 verified saunas in Shoreditch, and the mix is unusually gym-heavy, including Third Space Moorgate and Fitness First Bishopsgate, with the odd hotel spa alongside. Pricing sits mid-to-premium. It is a strong area for a serious post-workout sweat near Old Street and Liverpool Street, less so for independent or budget sauna studios.
