What SaunaMap is
SaunaMap is a directory of every sauna we can find in London — standalone sauna studios, hotel spas, gym saunas and leisure centres. Whether you’re looking for an authentic Finnish cabin, a cold plunge after your workout, or a quiet steam room near home, SaunaMap is here to help you find it quickly.
How it works
Every listing on SaunaMap includes the details that matter: address, opening hours, features, access type (day pass, membership, hotel guest), and honest descriptions of what you’ll actually find there.
You can search by postcode, filter by the features that matter to you — cold plunge, steam room, swimming pool, infrared sauna and more — or browse by London area: central, north, south, east or west.
The data
Listings are built from a combination of public sources, each venue’s own website, and manual verification. Features such as cold plunges, steam rooms and swimming pools are confirmed against the venue’s own descriptions wherever possible — not inferred — so what you read on SaunaMap reflects what the venue actually offers.
Data is refreshed monthly. Opening hours, ratings and photos are pulled from trusted sources on a regular schedule, and each listing shows when its data was last updated so you know how fresh it is.

SaunaMap is an independent project, not affiliated with any sauna, chain or wellness brand. Listings aren’t paid for or sponsored. The aim is simple: make it easier to find a good sauna in London.
