Sessions & access
No fixed women's-only timetable at present. HerSpace runs on the second-to-last Thursday of each month — a women's health event with speakers and giveaways, including a women's-only session. Sessions are capped at six people. Cold plunges are set to 3°C, 6°C and 12°C. There is a studio on site for yoga, pilates, soundbaths and breathwork, and the whole venue can be booked for private hire.
