Spa Naturel Sheffield

Features & Amenities

Spa Naturel's treatment therapists deliver excellent, high-end experiences that reviewers consistently praise. The pool and thermal rooms (sauna, steam, ice igloo, experience shower) work well in principle. However, across recent visits the spa facilities have deteriorated noticeably: thermal rooms are visibly unclean with mouldy grout and missing tiles, lockers malfunction or run out, and relaxation spaces suffer from poor upkeep and noise. Treatments justify a visit if you can tolerate the neglected common areas; facilities urgently need deep cleaning and refurbishment to match the premium positioning and treatment quality.
