Ponds Forge International Sports Centre

Features & Amenities

Ponds Forge draws praise for its pool and gym facilities, backed by instructors and staff who create an encouraging atmosphere. The hosts take time to explain exercises clearly and adapt programmes to individual goals, whether fitness classes or post-injury recovery. Visitors consistently highlight the friendliness and attentiveness of the team. Reception handling during busy swimming times has occasionally felt rushed; arriving early for booked slots helps manage expectations and reduces frustration.
