Güs

Features & Amenities

Güs offers both free-flow and guided sauna sessions with cold plunges in a renovated Sheffield space that draws consistent praise for its welcoming atmosphere and attentive hosts. Visitors highlight the quality of the saunas, the effectiveness of sauna hats, and guided experiences that blend breathwork and storytelling. The ice baths range in temperature, with no pressure to go colder than you choose. Reviewers describe leaving energised and quickly returning, drawn as much by the community and genuine passion of the team as by the facilities themselves.
