Sandman Signature Sheffield Quays Hotel

Features & Amenities

The leisure facilities (gym, pool, sauna, steam room) are clean and well-equipped, with the modern gym drawing particular praise. However, multiple visitors report the spa and pool staff as noticeably less welcoming than the rest of the hotel, with complaints about towel availability and unhelpful responses when asking reasonable questions. The pool area has minimal seating, which some found frustrating. For straightforward gym use or a quick sauna, the facilities work well; for a fuller spa experience, manage expectations on staff engagement.
