NRG Gym Sheffield

Features & Amenities

NRG Gym draws visitors for its welcoming atmosphere and well-maintained equipment, with reviewers consistently praising the staff's approachability and cleanliness. The facility is strongest as a strength-training and weight-loss gym rather than a sauna-focused wellness venue; the infrared sauna is listed but rarely mentioned in feedback. Peak-time crowding is noted once. The gym's real draw is the community feel and class instruction, particularly strength and conditioning work.
