Goldex Fitness - Sidcup

Features & Amenities

Goldex is a ladies-only gym where the new sauna and steam room are genuine draws for post-workout recovery. Visitors consistently praise the welcoming, non-intimidating atmosphere and the energy of the classes. Cleanliness in the changing rooms is uneven, and music volume occasionally overwhelms the space. The community feel and supportive environment are the real draw, particularly for mature women and those new to gyms.
