TONIQ - George Street

Features & Amenities

Visitors consistently praise TONIQ's spa and recovery space for its two saunas and two ice baths in a strikingly clean, peaceful setting. The hosts are noted for their calm, attentive guidance, especially valuable for nervous first-timers exploring cold-water immersion. Several reviewers describe the cold baths as notably more intense than outdoor spa alternatives, leaving them energised and with improved sleep. The atmosphere is described as welcoming and social without the crowds that characterise larger city spas.
