What visitors say
Based on recent Google reviewsThermae Bath Spa delivers a genuinely relaxing wellness experience centred on its heated rooftop pool with sweeping views. Saunas, steam rooms, and the Minerva pool are consistently praised, as are the therapists and café. A phone-free policy enhances the tranquillity. Drainage issues leave standing water in some areas, which some reviewers found concerning for hygiene and slip risks. Arriving early (around 10am) sidesteps crowds. Worth visiting for a special occasion or quiet weekday retreat.
