Square One Padel Ashford

Features & Amenities

Square One Padel Ashford combines quality courts with a genuine wellness offering: two saunas, ice bath, and a well-equipped gym designed for pre- and post-play recovery. Reviewers praise the sauna and cold plunge as a luxury element rarely found at padel clubs, plus the on-site physio, sports massage, and Pilates. The food and drink offering is described as fresh and well-prepared, and the changing rooms are consistently clean. Staff are noted as friendly and professional. It reads less like a court-rental venue and more like a complete wellness and social experience.
