Bannatyne Health Club & Spa Ashford

Features & Amenities

Bannatyne Ashford draws praise for its massage therapists and relaxation spaces, with staff described as consistently helpful and friendly. The dual saunas, steam rooms, and pool form the core offering. However, reviewers across multiple visits report the facilities show visible wear: staining on windows, rust, peeling paint, and worn furnishings. Pool hygiene has raised concerns for some, and the venue charges premium day-pass and membership rates that don't align with the current condition. The staff are genuinely committed, but the facilities themselves need investment to justify the pricing.
