Spirit Health Club - Brentwood

Features & Amenities

Spirit Health Club draws members after the heated pool and jacuzzi as much as the gym itself. Staff are consistently described as genuinely friendly and attentive, creating a calm, spa-like atmosphere that visitors return to regularly. The pool is the standout: heated and described as 'fantastic' by multiple reviewers. A notable pattern emerges around maintenance: jacuzzi jets, the rowing machine screen, and a leg machine have needed repair for weeks despite repeated requests, though staff clearly care and advocate internally. For those prioritising a small, quiet wellness space with a social edge, it's worth visiting; just verify the jacuzzi and key equipment are working on the day.
