What visitors say
Based on recent Google reviewsLiving Well draws praise for staff warmth, particularly around gym induction and ongoing encouragement. However, cleanliness and maintenance are inconsistent across the facility. Reviewers repeatedly flag sticky gym equipment, mouldy showers and changing areas, and pool water quality issues. The gym is compact, which limits layout efficiency. For those prioritizing personal support during fitness starts, the staff investment is genuine; otherwise, cleanliness concerns and equipment condition suggest managing expectations on upkeep.
