Reset Co. Sauna

Features & Amenities

Reset Co. pairs a hot sauna directly with lido swimming, creating a natural contrast-therapy loop that draws cold water swimmers. Reviewers love the setup: switching between sauna, cold swim, and shower, then repeating. The sauna itself is described as hot and immaculately clean, with easy booking and attentive hosts. Several mention discovering Finnish sauna benefits and feeling relaxed, loose joints, and restored minds afterwards. A well-executed addition for anyone serious about cold-water wellness.
