Mahala Sauna Limited

Features & Amenities

Mahala operates beachside saunas on the Essex coast (Mersea Island and Holland-on-Sea), combining sauna with direct sea swimming in between sessions. Reviewers consistently return, praising the natural setting, aromatic oils, and the hosts' warmth and attentiveness. The contrast of heat and cold water immersion in a genuine seaside environment is the draw here. Visitors describe feeling deeply relaxed and calm after sessions, with many booking repeat visits.
