Luna Hut Sauna Worthing

Features & Amenities

Luna Hut's Worthing sauna draws visitors for its ocean views and spacious, clean sauna cabin (max 9 people). The cold plunge and ice bucket shower complete a full contrast therapy session, though several note the plunge demands real commitment. An hour-long session lets you use all facilities without rushing. The hosts are attentive and welcoming, making it a popular choice for families and groups seeking recovery with a seaside backdrop. Reviewers consistently return.
