GLO Wellbeing & GLO Sauna

Features & Amenities

GLO Sauna is a beachfront wild sauna where visitors consistently describe feeling deeply cared for and nurtured. The space centres on herbal-infused heat (spices and oils on the stones), multiple sea dips during each session, and attentive hospitality including fresh water, orange slices, and salt scrubs. The hosts create a calm, welcoming atmosphere with strong views out to sea. Reviewers emphasise the healing quality of the experience and the thoughtful extras (sea shoes, spacious changing facilities, nearby café) that make it feel special. A genuine draw for those seeking restorative contrast therapy in a distinctive seaside setting.
