You Fit Rotherham

Features & Amenities

You Fit Rotherham is a small, tucked-away wellness space inside a Holiday Inn with a notably quiet atmosphere. Reviewers consistently praise the swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub as well-maintained and clean, with attentive changing facilities. The draw is low-key relaxation at around £40+ per month rather than intensive fitness. One visitor flagged hygiene concerns in the sauna and steam room; the pool does get busy at peak times. Best suited to those valuing peace and contrast therapy over gym equipment or spa treatments.
