Features & Amenities

Tides draws consistent praise for accessible contrast therapy delivered with genuine expertise. The three temperature-tiered cold plunges let you start gently or work through the sequence, and the hosts provide clear, professional briefings on technique and benefits. Reviewers highlight the cleanliness, thoughtful amenities (hair bands in changing rooms), and quality on-site food. First-timers and experienced practitioners both report leaving refreshed and keen to return. The booking is straightforward and sessions run frequently.
