The Spa at Pennyhill Park

Features & Amenities

Reviewers consistently praise Pennyhill's exceptional facilities: multiple pools, steam rooms, hydro spa, and immaculate design create a genuinely luxurious setting. Staff are attentive and welcoming, and massages draw particular praise. However, day-spa guests share facilities with hotel residents and children, creating crowding and noise that undermines the escape. Cleanliness lapses and understaffing in food areas have been noted. Best visited at quieter times or as an overnight guest to fully experience the premium offering.
