The Spa At Oulton Hall

Features & Amenities

Reviewers consistently praise the treatment quality and the grand setting, with therapists described as skilled and professional. The spa facilities (pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, cold plunge) are present but average; the pool runs cold, and some facilities have been reported out of order without advance notice. Multiple guests report poor organisation of spa packages, with tight scheduling preventing enjoyment of included elements and changing-room maintenance issues. The venue has strong potential but currently struggles with coordination between departments and facility upkeep.
