The Lodge Essex

Features & Amenities

The Lodge offers a secluded woodland retreat centred on outdoor wellness rituals: sauna, cold plunge pond, and outdoor bathtub set among hens and pond views. Reviewers consistently praise the attention to detail, eco-conscious design, and the immersive natural setting as ideal for unplugging. The space sits roughly 90 minutes from central London and draws visitors looking to combine contrast therapy with a peaceful countryside getaway. Expect a private, curated experience rather than a public sauna facility.
