Thaxted Sauna Company

Features & Amenities

Thaxted Sauna Company delivers a countryside contrast therapy experience centred on a well-maintained hot sauna and two cold plunge baths set in a tranquil, private Essex location. Reviewers consistently praise the outdoor setting with village views, the quality of the facilities (spotlessly clean, recently built), and the attentive hosts. Visitors describe leaving completely reset after a session, with many returning regularly or planning return visits. The combination of authentic sauna, cold immersion, and rural seclusion (no indoor-spa atmosphere) is the clear draw.
