Spa Experience - Belfast

Features & Amenities

Reviewers praise the cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and hot tub as a solid contrast therapy offering close to Belfast city centre, with friendly staff and reasonable access. The wellness facilities draw repeat visitors, though several long-term users report a decline in cleanliness and maintenance over time, with men's changing areas a particular concern. Booking availability also shows inconsistencies between the website and phone. Best suited to those seeking regular sauna and cold-water sessions who can work around the restricted weekend hours.
