river wolf wild sauna

Features & Amenities

River Wolf runs singing sauna sessions built around a curated playlist of 70s, 80s, and 90s tracks. The hosts control the heat rhythm and use birch whisks to the beat, punctuating every three songs with a cold plunge and outdoor chill break. One visitor arrived burnt out and left energised and connected, praising the thoughtful pacing and playful atmosphere. This is a specialised, social experience rather than a traditional quiet sauna.
