Padium Cardiff

Features & Amenities

Padium Cardiff combines eight padel courts with a dedicated recovery suite centred on a sauna overlooking the playing area. Visitors praise the modern facilities, cold plunge, and changing rooms, plus the welcoming staff. The sauna is a genuine drawcard for post-play recovery. Pricing sits above other local padel venues, and temperature control can be an issue on warmer days, though the hosts are aware. Strong fit for padel players wanting integrated wellness facilities.
