One92 fitness

Features & Amenities

One92 is a Berkhamsted-based gym where contrast therapy (sauna and ice bath) comes free with membership, no booking needed. Reviewers praise the cleanliness, accessible equipment, and strong class offering across yoga, Metcon, and other disciplines. The standout draw is the community feel: members describe a genuine social hub atmosphere, with staff described as welcoming and encouraging. The sauna and ice bath are positioned as natural recovery complements rather than standalone wellness amenities, but the inclusion is a genuine bonus for members.
