NRG GYM Newcastle

Features & Amenities

NRG GYM draws praise for its size, machine quality, and balanced atmosphere. The infrared sauna opens at 7am (often at 6am on weekdays), while the dedicated women-only area is a genuine draw. Equipment is well-angled and extensive, with classes ranging from spin to boxfit. Reviewers consistently mention the spacious layout and energetic vibe. The women's zone could use more equipment during busy periods, and changing rooms occasionally need tidying, but overall the gym functions as a serious training space with genuine wellness amenities.
