Löyly Lindfield Village Sauna

Features & Amenities

Reviewers consistently praise Löyly Lindfield as an exceptionally clean sauna and cold plunge venue where the host guides visitors through a full contrast-therapy experience. The sauna runs hot, the plunge runs cold, and sessions are enhanced with aromatherapy ice balls, eucalyptus salts, and fruit. Visitors describe moving beyond a basic sauna visit into an immersive ritual of heat, cold, steam, and fragrance that yields deep relaxation and stillness. Small group sizes keep the space from feeling cramped. Several visitors report returning weekly since opening, with strong interest in new massage and salt-scrub add-ons.
