Luna Hut Sauna Eastbourne

Features & Amenities

Luna Hut Sauna combines a genuinely hot sauna with ice baths and direct sea access, all overlooking the water. Visitors consistently praise the clean setup, attentive hosts who explain the session beforehand, and the mental clarity that follows a dip in the sea and time in the deckchairs. The experience works equally well for group visits or solo sessions seeking contrast therapy and coastal recovery. Reviewers return regularly, particularly those whose gym saunas are temporarily out of action.
