JD Gyms Southampton Bitterne

Features & Amenities

JD Gyms Bitterne draws praise for spacious, well-stocked equipment, friendly staff, and luxury changing facilities with sauna at accessible pricing. Classes (JD Burn, X-Fit) are included in membership. The 24/7 opening and no-contract model suit flexible schedules. Recent refurbishment disrupted sauna and shower access, and the shower temperature has been reported as dangerously hot post-repair. If sauna contrast therapy is your priority, confirm current water-temperature settings and facility status before joining.
