What visitors say
Based on recent Google reviewsJD Gyms Hempstead Valley offers solid equipment variety and included fitness classes at an affordable price point. Reviewers praise the spacious layout, saunas, and lack of class booking requirements. However, overcrowding is a persistent issue, with equipment frequently down for repair and WiFi access problems slowing entry. Changing facilities need attention to cleanliness standards. Best suited to those who can visit off-peak and value breadth of equipment over pristine facilities.
