JD Gyms Birmingham

Features & Amenities

JD Gyms Birmingham draws praise for modern equipment, spacious layout across three sections, and a welcoming atmosphere where staff work to maintain cleanliness. The sauna and shower facilities are a genuine bonus for a full-service gym. Visitors consistently flag hygiene concerns in the sauna, showers, and toilets; these aren't isolated complaints. The refurbished women's side has improved the experience, though maintenance remains the primary limitation. Worth visiting for equipment and community, but sauna use carries caveats around upkeep.
