Guildford HarSPA & Club

Features & Amenities

Guildford HarSPA draws visitors for its massage treatments and pool variety, with staff often described as welcoming and attentive. However, the wellness experience is undermined by significant maintenance lapses. The cold plunge lacks proper chilling and the main steam room does not function as intended; the jacuzzi and sauna accumulate visible grime over time. Locker and facility upkeep issues recur across reviews. Positive visits tend to be spa treatment focused rather than facilities-led; those expecting reliable contrast therapy or sauna use report disappointment. As Guildford's only central spa, it occupies a unique position but operates with visible care gaps.
