Fitness First Solihull

Features & Amenities

Fitness First Solihull draws consistent praise for its sauna, steam room, and aromatherapy facilities, all described as immaculately maintained and rarely encountered in such clean condition elsewhere. The sauna fits roughly 5 people and justifies membership costs for sauna use alone compared to other gyms. Visitors particularly highlight the staff's attentiveness and welcoming approach, especially valuable for anxious or new gym-goers. The changing rooms and showers are well-kept and private. Peak hours do draw crowds, but the wellness spaces remain a standout draw.
