What visitors say
Based on recent Google reviewsEmpoweredFit Liverpool stands out as a thoughtfully equipped gym with substantial space and a diverse machine inventory (hammer strength, Cybex, Arsenal, Concept2, assault bikes). Reviewers consistently praise the quantity and quality of kit, particularly for powerlifters with calibrated plates, and the welcoming atmosphere. The cold plunge is available. Changing facilities downstairs have odour issues and the disabled shower lacks full privacy from a visible security camera, both cited as drawbacks. Otherwise, the facility is described as world-class and worth the location trade-off for serious trainees.
