David Lloyd Southampton

Features & Amenities

David Lloyd Southampton is built around gym quality and instructors who invest in member progress and confidence. Visitors consistently praise the welcoming approach to newcomers and families, plus the breadth of gym equipment and PT expertise. The pool, steam room, and hot tub are clean and accessible. The sauna, however, is cramped and feels neglected; management has planning permission to expand but has not acted. If thermal facilities matter to you, it's worth checking neighbouring David Lloyd locations first.
