Alexander House & Utopia Spa

Features & Amenities

Reviewers consistently praise the indoor pools, sauna, and spa treatments, with some calling massages exceptional. The spa is described as stunning and a genuine draw for relaxation breaks. However, multiple visitors flag the outdoor area as poorly maintained (peeling plaster, worn furniture, debris) and treatment room temperature control as problematic. One reviewer's £190 treatment was hampered by a freezing room and inadequate troubleshooting. The spa experience varies: celebrate-occasion visitors leave delighted, while others feel shortchanged on value and upkeep given the premium pricing.
