Wild Beauty is a private infrared sauna and beauty studio in Forest Gate, built around an award-winning Sunlighten infrared sauna — the only one in East London. Sessions are private: the space is yours alone, or bring a friend or partner. There is a rainfall shower that can be run hot or cold, and organic face creams, oils, shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The studio has been featured in Grazia and Elle, and has won awards for both best spa in East London and for sustainability.
