Whitechapel Sports Centre

Features & Amenities

Whitechapel Sports Centre draws praise for its inclusive wellness offering, particularly the infrared sauna and steam room paired with a well-maintained gym. Showers are spacious with both open and private options, and the staff earn consistent compliments for professionalism and attentiveness. Women-only sauna and gym sessions add to the appeal for those seeking a welcoming space. Membership is positioned as good value for central London, though the sauna doesn't open until 9am.
