Virgin Active Bromley

Features & Amenities

Virgin Active Bromley's swimming pool and class offering draw members back, and the gym equipment is solid. However, cleanliness is an ongoing concern: changing rooms smell, sanitisation stations sit empty throughout the day, and hygiene standards on shared equipment fall short. Temperature control in studio spaces and the upstairs gym becomes severe in summer, with complaints ignored despite being raised multiple times. The family changing room is cramped and impractical. Given the price point (around £65–£95/month), members feel the venue hasn't kept pace with what they're paying.
