Utopia Spa

Features & Amenities

Utopia Spa's steam room and hydro pool draw praise, and massage therapists are friendly, but the overwhelming pattern of feedback flags cleanliness and maintenance concerns that undermine the experience. Facilities feel run-down (cracked tiles, swollen walls, sticky floors), treatment rooms run cold, and reception service is disorganised and unwelcoming. Scheduling is chaotic, with delays and mix-ups between guests. Pricing lacks transparency, with undisclosed upgrade charges and hidden deposit fees. The venue needs significant renovation and staff retraining before it can deliver a genuine spa experience.
