Third Space The Whiteley

Features & Amenities

Third Space The Whiteley combines a premium gym floor with a recently opened wet zone (sauna, steam, cold plunge, hot tub) that reviewers consistently praise for spaciousness and comfort. The infrared sauna is a particular highlight. Classes (Reforma Pilates, yoga, ride) are well-taught and well-equipped, though not boutique-studio intimate. Peak hours draw crowds since the spa opened, but the space absorbs them well. Staff are notably attentive and welcoming. Strong value proposition for those after serious training plus accessible recovery amenities.
