The Laboratory Spa & Health Club - Mill Hill

Features & Amenities

The Laboratory offers a genuine all-rounder: gym, pool, and spa under one roof with approachable staff and a welcoming vibe. Reviewers praise the balance between serious training and relaxation space, plus reasonable pricing with regular deals. The building's age shows, and key amenities like the steam room and sauna are frequently offline. Cleanliness and staff consistency are variable. Best suited to those prioritising convenience and breadth of facilities over premium finish.
