The Finnish Sauna at Mile End

The Finnish Sauna at Mile End is a sauna facility integrated into a gym and fitness centre in the Mile End area of London (E3 5BE). It features two traditional Finnish saunas operated at different temperatures: Sauna Yksi at 85°C with nine seating spaces for a more intense experience, and Sauna Kaksi at 79°C with six spaces for a gentler session, with steam generated by pouring water onto heated rocks. The facility includes cold plunge capabilities via an outdoor whisky-barrel plunge pool, outdoor showers for cooling down, and a gym. Sessions are available for one-hour bookings, and visitors can relax in the outdoor area with benches and privacy screening after their sauna time. Visitors must complete an Adult Registration Form before their first visit and bring two towels (or rent them for £4–£6).
