The Finnish Sauna at Mile End is a sauna facility integrated into a gym and fitness centre in the Mile End area of London (E3 5BE). It features two traditional Finnish saunas operated at different temperatures: Sauna Yksi at 85°C with nine seating spaces for a more intense experience, and Sauna Kaksi at 79°C with six spaces for a gentler session, with steam generated by pouring water onto heated rocks. The facility includes cold plunge capabilities via an outdoor whisky-barrel plunge pool, outdoor showers for cooling down, and a gym.
