Skuna's sauna and cold plunge deliver genuine contrast therapy in a striking Canary Wharf setting overlooking water. The sauna gets properly hot, and the plunge is genuinely refreshing. The floating igloo boats are the draw (romantic, unique, and well-decorated) though ride duration on the water varies and fondue cools as the experience progresses. Staff are attentive and responsive to feedback. The monthly membership, at around £50, is strong value for regular sauna use; boat experiences work best with groups of 4+.
