Sivo Wellness

Features & Amenities

Sivo Wellness sits in woodland outside London and has built a loyal following around its hot saunas and ice baths. Reviewers consistently praise the quality of the facilities, the peaceful and social atmosphere, and the genuine engagement of the owners. The location, though remote, is part of the appeal: it forces a deliberate step away from the city and becomes integral to the ritual. Visitors describe leaving refreshed and often make it a weekly anchor point. A strong fit for those seeking contrast therapy with community.
