Relax and unwind in our large authentic sauna before cooling off in one of three bespoke copper ice baths, typically ranging from 5–10°C. Our plunge water is chlorine-free, offering a more skin-friendly cold-water experience. We also offer Clearlight infrared saunas for those looking for a quieter session with an added boost — take a book, read, listen to a podcast or simply switch off while you relax in the warmth.
